By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Amazingly only minor injuries for the driver who went off a bridge and into a river in Westborough Thursday night. Westborough Fire officials say the car went into the water off Maynard Street around 920pm. The driver was able to get to shore on their own and waited on the embankment at the river’s edge for first responders to get there. They were treated at the scene and not even hospitalized. The car had to be pulled from the river by a special rotator crane. No word yet on if the driver faces any charges.
