By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Blackstone Police have arrested two Rhode Island men on drug and gun charges following a traffic stop. Chief Gregory Gilmore says Friday night an officer stopped a car with no registration that had a loud exhaust system. The officer determined both the driver and passenger, both from Woonsocket, had active warrants and were arrested on those. A search of the car turned up some cocaine and a .22-caliber Beretta semi-automatic pistol under the driver’s seat with the driver not licensed to carry.
