Uxbridge High School Championship Teams Honored at State House

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Some Uxbridge High School student-athletes have made a visit to the State House. On December 21, the football and girls’ field hockey championship teams were honored by legislators during informal sessions in the House and Senate. The group then toured the State House and enjoyed lunch in the House Gallery and were presented with certificates and citations by State Rep. Michael Soter, State Senator Ryan Fattman, State Rep. Joe McKenna, and Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis.
