Wrentham Receives $70K Grant for Downtown Wastewater Plan

The town of Wrentham secured a $70,000 Community One Stop for Growth Housing Choice Program Grant, part of a $164 million fund for local economic development. The grant will be utilized for the Downtown Wastewater Master Plan, addressing the needs of businesses relying on on-site wastewater disposal systems. Collaborating with Fuss & O’Neill, the town aims to establish a shared wastewater facility, fostering small business expansion and attracting new developments. The plan aligns with the Master Plan 2030, supporting job creation, residences, and new business locations.
