By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Preliminary estimates are in for the two proposals for what to do with the Westborough Golf Club. Last week the Municipal Building Committee heard presentations from the architects for building a whole new building at about $7.3 million and renovating the existing building for about $8.2 million. The Community Advocate reports officials were concerned that renovation is not only more expensive but also has more hoops to jump through and would take longer. The committee meets again next week September 26.
