There is a lottery next month for the last affordable home being built at Forest Glen Estates in Uxbridge. The 2-bedroom condo in the 55+ community will be sold at a price that is affordable to households with incomes at or below 80% of Area Median Income. There is a public meeting about it on Zoom next Monday June 23, and the deadline to apply for the lottery is July 14. While the Town itself is not running the lottery, you can see all the information about the condo and the lottery on the Uxbridge town website.
