A Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School student has won a $40,500 scholarship to attend Dean College. Each year one incoming first-year student is chosen for the scholarship which is renewable for up to four years as long as they stay eligible. This year’s honoree is Ava Membreno who Dean’s Senior Assistant Director of Admissions says impressed them not only with her academic achievements but also her enthusiasm, professionalism, and clear vision for her future. Ava says she plans to major in sports broadcasting.
