Survey to Improve Health Programs in Hopkinton

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton Health Director Shaun McAuliffe wants you to take a survey that will help improve health-related programs and resources for residents. The anonymous survey is part of a strategic planning effort to help the Health Services Department understand your health needs and concerns and develop programs to address them. The survey includes questions about your general health concerns and how you would like to see the town help. It takes about 10-15 minutes to do. You can find it on the Town Website. The survey closes on March 23.
