FRANKLIN – Work continues on the multi-year Beaver Street Interceptor sewer upgrade project, with residents advised to expect lane closures on West Central Street from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. during the week and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.
Meanwhile, construction at the Franklin Recreation Center is progressing with the installation and testing of pump station components, though officials say the facility will remain open for use during the work.
