ByMyFM’s Claire Beverly – Work has begun on a long-awaited renovation to Wrentham’s Sweatt Park. The Town Manager says Argus Construction was tapped to install new area drains, benches, concrete walkways, newly renovated stairs, renovated tennis courts, four new pickleball courts, added parking spaces and a variety of other park amenities. Officials say improvements will also include reconfiguring the pathways to preserve the roots of the 100-year-old trees. Work started last week and is expected to take about 3 months.
