By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – An overturned car carrier is what caused a major jam on Route 9 in Westborough Wednesday afternoon. The Westborough Fire Dept says shortly before Noon the semi hauling a couple of cars on a trailer rolled over near Lyman Street. The road was closed for several hours while crews with a crane moved the damaged cars off the overturned trailer to a flatbed tow truck before then up-righting the tractor-trailer. There is no word yet on what caused the crash or the extent of any injuries.
