One person is in the hospital after their car rolled over into a building on Franklin’s East Central Street Wednesday. Franklin Police say the car slammed into a covered stairway and photos show it did some major damage. There are no reports of anyone inside the building being hurt. Police have not yet said what led up to the accident.
