The Westborough-based division of a major international company has been tapped for part of a multi-billion-dollar contract for the U.S. Army. NORESCO, a division of Carrier Global that does energy efficiency upgrades, will work with 18 other contractors at the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center in Huntsville, Alabama, on the $3 billion project. The Worcester Business Journal reports it will be a five-year base period with an option for more. Since 1984, NORESCO has worked on more than 10,000 facilities.
