MEDWAY – The Town of Medway is highlighting Glen Brook Way as one of the region’s leading examples of energy-efficient affordable housing.
The development was constructed using Passive House design principles, a building standard focused on reducing energy consumption through superior insulation, airtight construction, efficient ventilation systems, and rooftop solar energy.
Town officials say these features help lower utility costs while providing comfortable indoor living conditions throughout the year.
