By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – No Shave November has paid off for a Franklin family dealing with cancer. Franklin Police say their annual November and December fundraiser brought in nearly $3,000 this year. It went to the organization Cops for Kids with Cancer which helps Franklin families during children’s cancer battles. They say this year’s funds were donated to the Kyed Family. No Shave November funding comes from officers who make donations in exchange for being allowed to set aside the department’s grooming standards.
