We now know the owners of the new pizza place going into the former Hiller’s Pizza on Main Street in Hopkinton. Hop News reports Crust & Co. Pizza and More is owned by Ryan Dion who is the former CEO and COO of RA Ventures Hospitality, with which he co-founded the 110 Grill. Hiller’s closed last week in the wake of the conviction of owner Peter Sismanis for indecent assault involving a teen who worked at the restaurant. Before his conviction Sismanis had transferred ownership to his wife which led to some community speculation that the family could be behind the new place.
