The fad perpetuated mostly on TikTok has made car thieves, as well as curious teenagers, aware of a security flaw in Kia and Hyundai models from 2010-2022 that allows access to the ignition system making them easy to steal. Worcester Police have seen 36 such thefts since November 1. Meanwhile Milford Police remind you to always keep your vehicles locked and parked in secure, well-lit areas.
