MILFORD – Milford Police say officers working an overnight road detail caught a man allegedly attempting to break into a construction truck.
Police arrested Colin Gideon-Murphy of Framingham and claim they found a crack pipe in his possession during the arrest. Investigators say two nearby residents also approached officers and alleged that Gideon-Murphy had entered their home and asked for crack cocaine shortly before the arrest.
He was held on $2,000 bail pending arraignment.
