MEDWAY – Medway Police are investigating a bomb threat hoax that was called into Medway High School Thursday afternoon shortly after dismissal. Officials say the call came in around 2:40 p.m., prompting school administrators to evacuate the small number of students and staff still inside the building.
Police then brought in K9 units to conduct a full sweep of the school and surrounding grounds. Authorities say the threat appeared consistent with similar hoax calls reported nationwide, though detectives are continuing to actively investigate the incident.
