Martin Road in Uxbridge will be closed for much of the day today. Uxbridge Police say the closure will run from 8am until 3pm between Paine Street and the Douglas town line where it becomes Yew Street. They say several trees have to be removed and due to the unstable road sides the trucks being used will occupy the entire width of the available roadway. Officers will be there to help drivers find another way around.
