Leading Solar Company Acquires Land for Renewable Project in Grafton

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – One of the biggest solar energy companies in the country has purchased some land with an array in Grafton. The Worcester Business Journal reports the buyer of the Providence Road parcel, Grafton Solar Land LLC, is managed by Connecticut-based Altus Power which specializes in commercial and community solar projects. Altus reportedly has more than 40 installations in Massachusetts, including a 10-megawatt solar array and 15-megawatt battery storage system in Holliston which went into operation last summer.
