The Wrentham Department of Public Works, Water Division, has started the spring flushing of the town water mains and hydrants. They started Monday and will continue for about five weeks, as part of an ongoing preventative maintenance program to improve water quality. When they hit your neighborhood, you could see a drop in pressure and some discoloration of the water. They say if this occurs, you should wait until they are out of the area and then run your cold water for several minutes and it should clear up. You can see the schedule on the Wrentham town website.
