HOPKINTON – Hopkinton officials are considering whether to allow cannabis delivery services in town following recent changes to state law. While marijuana sales are currently not permitted in Hopkinton, the law gives municipalities the option to opt out of delivery services.
The Hopkinton Independent reports the Board of Health is reviewing the issue and may recommend a two-year opt-out period to the Select Board, giving the town time to evaluate how delivery services operate elsewhere.
