By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton Town Meeting voters will once again be asked to consider a plan to comply with the state’s MBTA Communities Law designed to increase future available affordable housing. This week the Hopkinton Planning Board approved an MBTA Communities article for the warrant for the Special Town Meeting set for November 18. A previous try failed at the May Annual Town Meeting. The Hopkinton Independent reports the Planning Board will narrow down to one of three current plans at a special hearing October 28.
