The Hopkinton School Committee could potentially choose a new Superintendent of Schools this week. According to a memo on the school district website, the Committee is scheduled to choose between the two final candidates when they meet tomorrow evening. The finalists are Hopkinton High School principal Evan Bishop and Mark McLaughlin who is the interim superintendent of the South Hadley School District. The Hopkinton Independent reports a third candidate was chosen but withdrew last month.
