HOPKINTON – A proposed mixed-use development on Main Street is drawing questions from some Hopkinton residents, particularly about its potential impact on neighborhood traffic.

The Planning Board heard public comments Monday about a proposed 13-unit condominium development near BoMain Pizza Bar & Grill at Main and Walcott streets.

According to the Hopkinton Independent, plans call for the 13 condominiums to be divided between two buildings, with one unit designated as affordable housing.

Among the concerns raised during the discussion was how additional vehicles associated with the development could affect nearby Claflin Street. The proposal remains under review as it moves through the town’s planning process.
