By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton Planning Board is reportedly tapping the brakes a bit on the traffic plan for the new Charleswood Elementary School on Hayden Rowe. The Hopkinton Independent reports at their meeting this week the Board expressed concern that the proposed varying travel directions for school buses and parents’ cars could create a chokepoint. A traffic engineer reportedly told the Board they are continuing to look at lane width and potential traffic calming measures for Hayden Rowe Street.
