Hopkinton Health Survey: Share Your Input for Better Programs

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton’s Health Director is reminding you to fill out the survey that will help the Hopkinton Health Services Department improve health-related programs and resources. Shaun McAuliffe says the anonymous survey is part of a strategic planning effort to understand your health needs and concerns so they can develop programs and policies to address those needs. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It closes on March 23. There is a link on the town website.
