Hopkinton Exploring Pickleball Court Fundraiser Policy

HOPKINTON – Hopkinton’s Parks and Recreation Commission is developing a policy that would allow the Fruit Street pickleball courts to be used for fundraising events. The discussion began after Hopkinton High School students requested use of the courts for a senior capstone project, which was approved earlier this year.

According to the Hopkinton Independent, town officials realized a formal policy was needed to guide future requests. The commission hopes to have the new process officially in place by 2027.
