Submissions are closed for the warrant for Hopkinton’s Annual Town Meeting which is set for May 5. The Town Manager says while the actual language of the articles will be out later this week some of the topics include: new vehicles for the Water Department; a town wide flushing of the water main system, an adaptive playground at Marathon Elementary, rezoning properties at the corner of Hayward and South from Residence Lake Front to Rural Business and establishing an Office of Economic Development.
