A hockey parent is facing criminal charges for allegedly assaulting two referees at a hockey rink in Foxboro. Foxboro Police say the parent is facing several charges for the January 4 incident at the Foxboro Sports Center. Foxboro police say they ID’d the suspect as a parent of one of the players after speaking with witnesses and referees, as well as game and cellphone video. There is no word on what led to the incident or the extent of any injuries to the referees.
