The Grafton Inn is reportedly up for sale again. The building which dates to 1805 was bought in 2023 by a group called These Guys Assets LLC for $1 million. According to the Community Advocate the owners have done a lot of upgrades and it is now on the market for $1.6 million. The building has a 120-seat function hall with a second kitchen, a third-floor inn with seven rooms and an elevator that can access all floors. But the restaurant, which seats 100, is apparently closed while undergoing renovations.
