Hiller’s Pizza in Hopkinton has closed up shop, just days before the Select Board was set to discuss whether they would be allowed to keep their common victualers license after owner Peter Sismanis was convicted of indecent assault involving a teen who worked at the restaurant. He is currently in prison but had reportedly transferred ownership to his wife. The Hopkinton Independent reports Hiller’s posted a sign Monday morning saying they were closed permanently and announcing a new restaurant coming soon called “Crust & Co. Pizza & More”. There is no word yet on who owns it.
