After 40 years in business in Westborough the Herb Chambers car dealerships and their properties have officially been sold. The Community Advocate reports the properties at 312 Turnpike Road, 310 Turnpike Road and 75 Otis Street were sold last week for a total of more than $32 million to Atlanta Real Estate Holdings LLC. The dealerships themselves were sold in February to Asbury Automotive Group and that sale included 33 dealerships, 52 franchises, and three collision centers.
