By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A part of the old Grafton State Hospital is reportedly being developed into a life science industrial site. The Worcester Business Journal reports the Westboro Rd property was bought by GFI Partners of Boston for $2.65 million with the goal of putting up two buildings to lease to a life science or other business that fits within the zoning which is near the Grafton Science Park, Massachusetts Biotech Research Park, UMass Medical School and more. MassDevelopment says work should begin this summer.
