FRANKLIN – Franklin Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a driver caught on video passing a vehicle that had stopped for a school bus and a child crossing the road.
Police say the incident happened on Chestnut Street at Griffin Road and was captured by a camera on a Franklin Public Schools bus. The video shows a Tesla without a front license plate passing a vehicle that had stopped on the opposite side of the road for the school bus.
Police say the child was able to cross safely. The video has been posted on Franklin Police social media.
