By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Police Department has a new Co-Response Clinician to ride with officers and respond to certain situations. Caroline Ferris comes to Franklin from Suffolk Community Services in Boston, where she has worked as a mobile crisis clinician. She also has experience with the substance use population. Her position is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act and grants from the Department of Mental Health. She joins Franklin’s other Co-Response Clinicians Kallie Montagano and Sonja Wagner.
