FRANKLIN – Franklin Public Library Youth Services Librarian Caleigh Keating has been recognized as a 2026 Commonwealth Heroine by the Massachusetts Women’s Commission.
Keating was nominated by State Representative Jeffrey Roy in recognition of her years of service to the Franklin community.
Since joining the Franklin Public Library in 2016, Keating has led the library’s children’s programming, creating educational and literacy-focused activities that have served thousands of local families. She also visits Franklin’s public schools as the community’s visiting librarian, helping foster a love of reading among students throughout the district.
