By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Bellingham’s Fall Town Meeting is this Wednesday, November 20 at 7:30pm. It’s a 21-article warrant that includes: creating an Energy Resource Overlay District in order to attract development of a Battery Energy Storage System; spending $36 million for a PFAS Treatment system for the Haverford Avenue Water Treatment Plant, and as with many other Massachusetts towns, changing the zoning bylaws to comply with the state’s MBTA Communities law.
