HOPKINTON – Friends of Hopkinton is preparing for the return of Hopkinton Family Day, a community celebration featuring live entertainment, activities, food trucks and a fireworks display.
The event will take place Saturday, September 19th, from 3 to 7 PM at the Hopkinton High School Athletic Fields, 88 Hayden Rowe Street. A rain date is scheduled for Saturday, September 26th.
Rachel Geddes and Ty McCormack from the MyFM Event Marketing Team will be on-site throughout the day, hosting giveaways, taking photos, playing games and joining in on the community fun.
Local organizations, nonprofits, clubs and businesses will also be on hand with games and activities for the entire family. All activities are free, with purchases from the food trucks being the exception. The celebration will conclude with a fireworks display.
Friends of Hopkinton is also looking for volunteers to help make the event possible. Community members can volunteer for as little as an hour by contacting [email protected].
