MILFORD – A man charged with sexually assaulting a child at a Milford church has pleaded not guilty and is being held in jail in Worcester. Milford Police say their Family Services Unit began investigating in September after a child under 14 reported being lured by the suspect into the basement of their family’s church, where the alleged assault occurred.
Police arrested Raul Feliciano of Worcester Friday. After his arraignment on the Milford charges, he was held in jail on a separate pending case in Worcester.
