SOUTHBOROUGH – Two people were arrested for OUI in Southborough Monday morning, with police saying the arrests happened less than an hour apart.
Around 2 AM, officers stopped Wilber Chinchilla on Turnpike Road for allegedly speeding and say his blood alcohol level was measured at more than .15 percent. Less than an hour later, officers stopped Isabella Tofani on Boston Road for allegedly driving erratically and say her BAC was nearly .13 percent.
