MILFORD – Milford’s Special Town Meeting is set for Monday, October 26th, with a 36-article warrant that includes several requests for new equipment.
Article 8 would use $50,000 to purchase a snow removal and sweeper vehicle for Town buildings. Articles 12 and 14 request $110,000 for a new Fire Department rescue truck and $525,000 for self-contained breathing apparatus. Article 15 asks for $250,000 to replace the Highway Department’s 56-year-old radio communication system.
