The Franklin varsity golf team is teaming up with the Franklin Food Pantry to help local families in need through a food drive taking place now through October 11.
The team is collecting boxes of dry pasta, an easy-to-store staple that can help provide meals to members of the community facing food insecurity.
Community members are encouraged to join the effort by donating a box—or several boxes—of dry pasta. Donations can be dropped off at Daddario Hardware in Franklin throughout the drive.
The Franklin varsity golf team hopes the community will come together to support the Franklin Food Pantry and help make a difference in the fight against hunger.
