HOPKINTON – Hopkinton officials are hosting a meeting next Monday as they consider establishing a Cultural District.
The town says Cultural Districts can encourage collaboration while supporting the community’s cultural, artistic and economic life. Officials also say they can encourage business, job development and boost tourism.
Organizers are applying for official status and grant funding through the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Residents and business owners can attend the meeting on Monday, September 28th, at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts.
