HOPKINTON – Hopkinton High School has earned national recognition as one of the country’s top high schools in the latest rankings from U.S. News & World Report.
The publication evaluated approximately 27,000 high schools, with Hopkinton High School ranking 219th nationally.
The rankings consider several factors, including performance on state assessments, graduation rates and college readiness. Schools are also evaluated on how effectively they serve their entire student population, including students considered underserved.
Hopkinton’s ranking places the school among a select group nationally. In Massachusetts, Boston Latin School was the state’s highest-ranked school, coming in at number 44 overall in the United States.
