FRANKLIN – A public hearing on a proposed four-story mixed-use development at Depot Plaza in Franklin has been postponed until later this month.
The Franklin Planning Board had been scheduled to discuss the proposal Monday night but continued the hearing until August 24th.
The project calls for a four-story building featuring apartments and commercial space. Developers are seeking a Special Permit that would provide relief from existing height and density restrictions. The proposal has reportedly drawn objections from some neighboring residents.
