HOPKINTON – Drivers traveling through downtown Hopkinton should continue planning for daytime detours as work progresses on the Main Street Corridor Improvement Project.
Crews are performing preparation work this week ahead of final paving on the east side of Main Street between the Fire Station and Ray Street, which is scheduled to begin next week.
Through next week, eastbound traffic on Main Street will be detoured Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM using Pleasant Street, Maple Street, and Hayden Rowe Street. Additional lane closures and temporary traffic changes may also be necessary as construction continues.
