HOPEDALE – Hopedale’s search for an interim town administrator has been delayed, raising the possibility that the town could be without someone in the role for at least several days.

As previously reported, both the town’s interim town administrator and assistant town administrator resigned last week, with the assistant administrator’s final day on the job scheduled for today.

According to the Milford Daily News, the Hopedale Select Board had planned to interview two candidates for the interim position this week but has postponed those interviews until August 10th. The town also continues its search for a permanent town administrator.
