Affordable Senior Housing Development Proposed in Grafton

GRAFTON – A new affordable housing development for older adults has been proposed near Grafton Common.

According to the Community Advocate, Worcester Community Housing Resources, Inc. has submitted plans to build a 48-unit apartment community on Worcester Street near Bushel ‘N Peck.

The proposal calls for a three-story building featuring one-bedroom apartments. Eight units would be reserved for residents earning up to 30 percent of the Area Median Income, while the remaining apartments would be available to households earning up to 60 percent of the Area Median Income.
